Model: Flower frame 2 with Dice assembly (instructions/diagrams from the book "Kusudama Origami" by Tomoko Fuse)
This is the second in a series of seasonal kusudamas that I'm attempting to make. Next comes summer.  The top (largest) part is approximately 1.5 inches tall/wide. The dangly thing at the bottom is a tubular rose (the version that's NOT a kawasaki rose). The pattern in the frame of the picture was made by scanning some yuzen chiyogami paper (I'm nutty for that stuff) and using the outline as an overlay on Photoshop. |
